An Industrial Automation Engineer, Mohamad has handled a vast range of projects for UAE’s biggest central laundries, five star hotels, theme parks and hospital facilities. He specializes in robotic programming, automation, conveyor and uniform distribution systems and handles industrially automated wet wash and drycleaning machinery, as well as laundry programming and management software from manufacturers such as Kannegiesser, Metalprogetti and Veit.
Steve Anderton

Beginning his career in the industry by managing hospitality and workwear laundries in England 35 years ago, Steve has been with Laundry Technology Centre (LTC) Worldwide for the last 15. He started there as Technical Director, providing training, consultancy and textile testing to the laundry industry, its suppliers and client base in the UK, Europe, North America and Middle East. In 2012 he was appointed LTC Managing Director. He is Treasurer of the Society of Hospital Linen Service and Laundry Managers.
Tim Bacon

Tim was educated in Bahrain and his relationship with the region spans 40 years. He has lived and worked in Saudi, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Kuwait and Iraq and has a broad understanding of the regional needs and nuances. Prior to spending the last 16 years in the equipment and hygiene fields he spent time in the military and logistics fields. His responsibility extends over 74 countries and all of their brands, Unimac, SpeedQueen, Primus, IPSO and Huebsch.

Andrew has served in operational, technical, quality and commercial roles with Micronclean for over 35 years, including merger and acquisition integration, overseas supplier development and auditing and supply chain establishment and management tasks. In laundry management he has overseen production, quality and sales and was GM for an IT-intensive UK facility known for advanced processing including RFID technology for garment tracking and process management.

Shyam has successfully run events over the last 15 years in the UK and Middle East.

Moving from Greece to the UAE in 2014 as Senior Laundry Application Expert, Nikolaos managed commercial laundry sales and supported the GCC countries. In 2017 he joined Diversey's Global Fabric Care Solutions Team, supporting customers across Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. He is a trainer at Diversey Hygiene Academy, an e-learning platform that provides training solutions to the cleaning industry. His career with Diversey in Greece dates to 2003; he became Commercial Laundry & Healthcare Sector Leader in 2007.
David Stevens

A 40-year laundry industry veteran, David was joint managing director (MD) of Paragon Laundry alongside his twin brother before its sale in 2015. Focused on sales, service and marketing, he is also technically trained, having served as Paragon's production manager and been awarded the Silver Medal for the best overall student in Laundry Technology and Management at Derby College. He has been CEO of of the TSA, the UK’s trade association, since 2019, previously serving as its chairman and commercial committee chairman.

Completing hundreds of laundry and hospitality projects across the globe, he has focused on the highest-quality Middle East laundries.
